Thai massage is an ancient form of bodywork widely known for the use of deep pressure, joint mobilisation and stretching. While these are some of the techniques that make Thai massage globally appreciated, they are only a fragment of the full picture. Thai massage can be practiced on any body, at any age, in any physical or emotional condition.
Every body is unique. Your experience begins with a cup of tea in my home studio while we discuss your challenges and goals. Even the same body needs different treatment at different moments.
I have been practicing traditional Thai massage since 2010 and studying it in the wider context of traditional Thai medicine (TTM) since 2016 under the instruction of wonderful teachers.
In my blog, you can read about specific treatments, traditional Thai medicine, contexts for personalising sessions, and much more. If you'd like to know what I'm up to when I'm not on the mat, you are more than welcome to follow me on Instagram.

PREGANCY & POSTNATAL
Chi Nei Tsang blends Chinese and Thai massage with breathwork and herbs. By working directly on the abdomen, we access the organs, stimulating the lymphatic and circulatory systems and helping the body function more efficiently.
Any session may include abdominal work as needed, or you can request it as a standalone treatment.
During and after your pregnancy, your body is going through a lot of changes. Both pre-natal and post-natal massages focus on relaxing and nourishing, helping ease the aches and pains and give you a chance to balance and reset.
Prenatal massage is done in side-lying position.
Special herbal compresses are made just for you during this time, so please tell me of your condition when booking.
